Forest Hill 20 - Wingfield 0
The Battle of Raymond Road, one of the longest standing rivalries in JPS football, once again netted a Patriot win. Despite a lingering drizzel throughout the game, the atmosphere was festive under the lights, with the band and drill team matching the excitement on the field. The Patriot offense was prolific in the first half, scoring 3 touchdowns and outrushing the Falcons by a 2 to 1 margin. The defensive line held Wingfield scoreless in several 1st and goal situations. The Patriots are now 1-1 and face Callaway on August 31st.
