Congratulations to Raveena Makkar.She was Peeples Middle School’s Spelling Bee Winner and will go on to represent Peeples in the Hinds County Spelling Bee on Feb. 17. Also congratulations go out to 2nd place winner Erykuah McNeal, 3rd Place winner Raven Sampson and 4th Place winner Alexis Abram, and to all who participated. Way to go. |

Water Crisis Make Up Days |

The citywide water crisis resulted in a loss of four (4) instructional days for students. These days must be made up in order to meet the State Accreditation minimum requirement of 180 instructional school days.
